Let me preface this review by saying I've never boarded my dogs for the 7 years of owning them because I simply didn't trust anyone enough. What if my dog gets sick, has an accident, or doesn't get along with another dog- will they be punished or locked away for the entirety of my trip? I missed out on a lot of vacations. I initially met with Marcene for a meet and greet and I knew instantly her and her boyfriend Shaun were truly dog people. They watched my two small fearful dogs for two weeks and kept me updated daily which really helped me be able to enjoy my vacation knowing my dogs were on a vacation of their own. Marcene is able to adapt to your pup in any way to make sure they are comfortable during their stay. She even checks bedding daily to see if any laundry needs to be done. I'm so happy my dogs now have a home away from home so I can go out of state once in awhile. Thank you Marcene and Shaun!
